Club Rules
There are few rules, but rules which are nevertheless very important to the smooth running of the club:
General
The club (including the car park) is on private land and we would politely request that you respect these facilities, by clearing up after your dog at all times .
All dogs must be kept on a lead (including outside) unless instructed otherwise.
Give your dog plenty of space, especially when entering or exiting the premises - be aware of other dogs around you.
Do not approach other peoples' dogs without permission to do so.
Your dog should wear a good quality collar with an identity tag attached (this is a legal requirement).
Please park to the rear of our premises with consideration for other users.
Training Classes
If there is a class before yours, please wait for them to exit before entering. Please do not bring bitches that are in season (you will be offered a place on the next course for the classes that you miss).
Please do not feed your dog directly prior to class and do exercise him/her before entering the premises.
Dogs wearing choke chains will not be accepted into this class. Head collars (halti/gentle leader) or harnesses (easy walker) are useful alternatives. More details of these can be obtained from the club.
Family members are encouraged to attend, but it is requested that children are kept under strict parental control at all times.
The harsh treatment of any dog will not be tolerated.
